The Holy Family Youth Movement 2024 Christmas Outreach was a profound experience of faith, charity, and fellowship. Our activities were centered on bringing the joy of Christ to the less privileged and strengthening our communal bonds.
- Visit to Onitsha Correctional Facility
o We celebrated Holy Mass with the inmates, offering them spiritual nourishment and hope during this sacred season.
o We shared Christmas gifts, including essential items and foodstuffs, as a gesture of love and solidarity.
o Our presence brought encouragement and renewal, reminding them that they are not forgotten but cherished in God’s love. - Picnic at Miriam Babangida Park, Asaba
o After the outreach, we gathered at Miriam Babangida Park for a Christmas picnic, fostering unity and relaxation.
o The day was filled with laughter, sharing of meals, and moments of reflection, reinforcing our commitment to community life.
Through this outreach, we lived out the message of Christmas—love, mercy, and togetherness. May the joy we shared continue to inspire us in the new year!
